The Appleton Foundation has committed resources towards the support and educational outreach activities connected to the generation of broader international knowledge and understanding of artistic works and disciplines undertaken by Canadian-based artists. The Appleton Foundation has been providing specific administrative and financial support to charitable activities undertaken by Canadian artists who have been selected to participate in international exhibitions of contemporary art, most especially the 18th Biennale of Sydney which will be held from June 27 to September 28, 2012.
